We currently ship to all addresses within the United States.

• International Shipping: We do not ship internationally at this time.

• P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

All orders get free shipping.

3. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

• Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

4. Transit Time & Delivery Estimates

Once processed, items generally take the following time to arrive at their destination:

• Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days.

Total Delivery Time: 8-13 business days.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

Neat & Lit is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help. Please review our policy carefully to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

• Timeframe: All items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be new, unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

• Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and downloadable software products are exempt from being returned.

How to Initiate a Return (Mail Only)

1. Contact Us: To start a return, please contact our customer service team via email at info@neatandlit.com or through our website's contact form with your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return.

2. Receive Your Label: Once your return is approved, a pre-paid return shipping label will be generated and emailed to you at no cost.

3. Ship Your Item: Securely package your item(s) and affix the provided return label. Drop the package off at the designated carrier location.

Note: All returns must be processed by mail. We do not currently offer in-person returns.


Refund Processing

• Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements (new, unused, unopened).

• Notification: We will notify you of the status of your refund after completing the inspection.

• Refund Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive the return for the refund to appear on your statement. Processing time may vary slightly depending on your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges

We process exchanges in the same manner as returns. Please indicate clearly when contacting us that you would like an exchange for a different item (e.g., a different size or color) instead of a refund. The item must meet all eligibility requirements listed above.
